1. Introduction

Welcome to Danish Impexs. These Terms & Conditions govern all orders, purchases, communications, and business activities with Danish Impexs.
By placing an order or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Company Overview

Danish Impexs is a leading manufacturer and exporter of:

Sports Uniforms: Soccer, Rugby, Basketball, Baseball, Cricket, American Football, Training Wear
Leather Products: Leather Jackets, Fashion Jackets, Varsity Jackets, Corsets, Leather Gloves

We provide OEM manufacturing, private labeling, bulk orders, and custom production services worldwide.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Custom Orders

All uniforms and leather products are manufactured based on client requirements (design, size chart, colors, logos, customization).
Designs must be approved by the client before production.

3.2 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Sportswear: Min. 10–20 pieces per design
Leather Jackets: Min. 5–10 pieces per design
Gloves & Accessories: Min. 50 pairs

(MOQs may vary depending on material availability or complexity.)

3.3 Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed after:
1. Final design approval
2. Advance payment received
3. Production timeline agreed

4. Payment Terms

Advance Payment: 50% upfront before production.
Remaining Balance: 50% before shipment.
Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, or other approved methods.
All bank charges must be paid by the buyer.

5. Production Time

Standard production time: 10–25 business days depending on order size & complexity.
Leather products may require additional time due to raw material processing.

Delays due to material shortages, global shipping issues, or unexpected circumstances are not the company’s responsibility.

6. Samples Policy

Samples can be provided upon request.
Sample charges + shipping must be paid by the client.
Sample cost may be adjusted in bulk orders (case-to-case basis).

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, Cargo, or Client’s Preferred Method.
Shipping charges are paid by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping time varies based on location.

7.1 Customs & Duties

Customs duties, taxes, and import regulations are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Quality Assurance

We guarantee:

High-quality stitching & finishing
Accurate colors and logos
Premium sports fabrics & genuine leather

8.1 Tolerance

Color shades may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing limitations.
Size tolerance of 1–2 cm is considered acceptable in manufacturing.

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

Because all orders are custom made, we do not offer refunds.

However, we offer replaceable items ONLY if:

The product is defective,
Wrong item was delivered,
Logos or colors do not match the approved design.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

No replacements for:

Wrong sizes given by clients
Damage caused by customer mishandling
Delays caused by shipping companies

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and branding provided by the client are considered their property.
Danish Impexs is not responsible for trademark infringements submitted by clients.
Our own designs, patterns, and product photos cannot be used without permission.

11. Confidentiality

All customer information, designs, price lists, and communication remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

Danish Impexs is not liable for:

Shipping delays
Customs issues
Loss after delivery
Incorrect information provided by the buyer

We are only responsible for manufacturing according to approved specifications.

13. Pricing Policy

Prices may vary depending on fabric, material cost, order size, and market conditions.
Company reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.

14. Cancellation Policy

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
If the order is canceled before production, advance payment is non-refundable.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Sialkot, Pakistan.
